If you make this roast chicken exactly according to this recipe, you will be amazed at the depth of flavour you get from your chicken. It simple is the best roast chicken I have had. Use the best quality butter, garlic and fresh oregano. Enjoy.....
- 1.5kg chicken, pat dry
- 40 grams butter, softened
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 5 stems of oregano leaves
- Pink salt and ground black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Air Fryer used was a 3.5 litre, 1500 watt
- Cooking time phase 1 - 20 minutes at 180 C
- Phase 2 - 20 minutes at 180 C
- Phase 3 (if needed) - 5 minutes at 180 C
