There are so many different wraps available now and mostly represent a much healthier alternative to bread. In this recipe I used a spinach wrap to make my chicken and mushroom wrap, which was super healthy and had a yummy flavour. The Moroccan seasoning on the chicken, along with the dressing and the wrap make this a moth watering delight, for lunch or a light dinner. Always keep a vegetable bin full of the basic vegetables and a couple of bags of wraps or snack size tortillas. This way, with the addition of a simple dressing and some spiced or BBQ meat, you can make a healthy and tasty meal in minutes. you can also use the wraps as casings for samosas.
