There are so many different wraps available now and mostly represent a much healthier alternative to bread. In this recipe I used a spinach wrap to make my chicken and mushroom wrap, which was super healthy and had a yummy flavour. The Moroccan seasoning on the chicken, along with the dressing and the wrap make this a moth watering delight, for lunch or a light dinner. Ingredients For: Tasty Chicken And Mushroom Moroccan Wraps : Healthy Lunch Snack :

  • 1 Chicken thigh cutlet boned and shopped
  • 5 brown Swiss mushrooms
  • 1 and 1/2 tsp Moroccan seasoning
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 tbsp humus ( any flavour)
  • 1 large rebel bakehouse spinach wrap
  • 1 handful Mesculin salad leaves
  • 1/2 tomato chopped
  • 1/2 carrot finely grated
  • 1 mandarin segmented
  • 1/4 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 2 spring onions chopped finely
  • Dressing :

  • 1 big tsp of honey melted
  • 1 heaped tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • Always keep a vegetable bin full of the basic vegetables and a couple of bags of wraps or snack size tortillas. This way, with the addition of a simple dressing and some spiced or BBQ meat, you can make a healthy and tasty meal in minutes. you can also use the wraps as casings for samosas.
