I first had this chicken bacon avocado burger in 1990, on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. A lady in the kitchen in the resort I was staying at, made it for me as a treat. To her it was a national secret. She made it very clear to me that no one can make Cajun chicken like her. I was hungry and in no mood to argue, plus this looked like the best burger on the planet. Thirty years ago, hospitality wasn't learned, you didn't get trained in how to look after customers, it was just that people were more altruistic back then. So before I forget how it is made, let me take you back to those days and I'll show you how to make a chicken bacon avocado burger.
Ingredients for a Chicken Bacon And Avocado Burger: Country No. 41 :
125 grams of chicken tenderloins
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp rice bran oil
1/2 a tomato sliced
1 rasher of smoked shoulder bacon
1/2 avocado sliced
1 slice of any Edam cheese ( or Gouda would be ok )
