You may have given up your can of soft drink a day to reduce your sugar intake, only to be taking in just as much when you eat your breakfast cereal. Checkout the sugar, fat, calories and dietary fibre before making your selection. And before you start pouring on that nice healthy milk, have a look at the sugar content first. Nothing can save you here because almost all milk has sugar in it. Sometimes, we just need to have less. But it doesn't mean breakfast has to be drab and boring. Have a look at my normal breakfast.
