Korean Beef Stir Fry Korean beef stir fry is like no other stir fry, in terms of complete flavour. Some have called it the king of stir fry. This can be one of the fastest and tastiest meals for busy people , who still want healthy eating. The centre of this dish is the wonderful Gochujang chili paste. A great Korean beef stir fry should be a family favourite all around the world once you try it. Step one is to buy the Gochujang chili paste and always have it in your fridge for all the many Korean meals you will come to enjoy. So let's get cooking.......
  • 150 grams rump steak sliced thinly
  • 1 tbsp gochujang chili paste
  • 1 and 1/2 soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tbsp finely diced spring onions
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Stir Fry Sauce:

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 Oxo beef stock cube low salt
  • 100mls warm water
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar
  • Rice to serve. Sesame seeds and chopped spring onions
