This Korean Spicy Chicken is so easy and tasty, it should b on every family's go to snack or even main meal. You can serve it simply with dipping sauces or with dipping sauce, rice and steamed vegetables like broccoli. Either way you will find it a big hit with anyone who tastes it. This is suitable for freezing after cooking and cooling.

INGREDIENTS FOR KOREAN CRISPY CHICKEN

  • 200 g chicken breast fillet sliced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • A good grind of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Gochujang paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tbsp lime zest
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup all purpose flour
  • 1-2 tbsp milk or water
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Rice bran oil for frying
  • DIPPING SAUCE

  • 2 tsp mayo
  • 1 tsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp American mustard
  • Squeeze of lime juice
