Pan Fried Fish And Cauliflower Cheese is the perfect dinner for those chasing low carb meals With cauliflower only scoring 25 calories per 100 grams, low in carbs and high in potassium, this vegetable has gained more popularity of late. Roasted, steamed or stir fried, there are hundreds of recipes sporting this vegetable, in dishes from many different countries. For me, you can't go past cauliflower cheese........so let's get cooking....

INGREDIENTS: For Pan Fried Fish And Cauliflower Cheese

  • 1 whole cauliflower
  • 1 fillet of fish snapper or similar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp Moroccan seasoning ( or your favourite seasoning )
  • 1 tbsp rice bran oil for frying
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 400 ml low fat milk
  • 2 cups grated Edam cheese
  • Smoked paprika for finishing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
