Cheesecake Base:
250g Arnott's Vanilla wine biscuits crushed into crumbs
120 g butter melted
Cheese Filling:
2 x 250gm cream cheese tubs
2 tbsp plain flour
1 tsp vanilla essence
125gm cup sour cream , NOT light
1 & 1/2 cups caster sugar
Zest of 1 lemon
3 eggs (add separately)
Strawberry topping:
250g strawberries halved (leave these till last minute)
