Commercial bread is made so well now by both independent bakeries and supermarket bakeries, that making bread at home has declined. Until now. buy breadmakers yeast which has bread improvers added to it. These bread
improvers will make the bread lighter and keep it fresh for longer. This wholemeal country loaf
is certainly better made with this style of yeast.
